Andres I. Fuenzalida

Andres Ignacio Fuenzalida is an immigration attorney and associate of the law firm. He grew up in Miami, Florida. His parents are both immigrants his mother coming from Nicaragua and his father from Chile. He is first generation American and his international past makes him passionate to help persons with their immigration issues.

Andres earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in two and a half years while taking extra credits to accelerate his graduation. While a student at UD, he was a mentor for international Intellectual Property students for two semesters. While completing his studies at the law school, he earned three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, receiving the highest grade possible in Intellectual Property Law, International Business Transactions, and Commercial Paper. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University with a major in Psychology. He speaks fluent Spanish and is learning Portuguese.

​Immigration Attorney Andres Fuenzalida is admitted to the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

​Andres currently resides in the Dayton, Ohio area. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, cooking, and history.
